Old Bailey jury failed to reach verdicts on couple, who were charged after death of their newborn daughter
The jury in the trial of the aristocrat Constance Marten and her partner, Mark Gordon, over the death of their newborn baby has been discharged after failing to reach verdicts.
Marten, 37, and Gordon, 50, were charged after their daughter, Victoria, was found dead on an allotment in Brighton, East Sussex, last March.
