The James Madison and Air Force football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Armed Forces Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 23 at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. CT. 

JMU, ranked No. 24 in The Associated Press poll, comes into the matchup 11-1 overall. Most recently, JMU defeated Coastal Carolina 56-14 on Nov. 25. Air Force enters the contest 8-4 overall. On Nov. 24, Boise State beat Air Force 27-19. This is the first meeting between the JMU and Air Force football programs.
