The resort town of Hot Springs will hold its annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade, with 40 floats on a 98-foot route downtown. The parade will feature actress Valerie Bertinelli and rap icon Flavor Flav. Organizers came up with the idea in 2003 and it has grown in popularity over the years. Participants will include a group of marching Elvis impersonators and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
